SUPER Inner Success modules include:

  • Module I – Sense & Vision – have a sense of what you want and where you want to go. One way to do that is to feel your environment. Close your eyes, feel it, visualize it and think that what is it that you want in life. Picture a peaceful scene while you are doing this. Just get comfortable.
  • Module II – Utilise & Assess your current reality  and where you are at the moment. What passions do you have and what talents do you what?  How and where do you like to spend your time? What skills do you currently have and what are your beliefs and values. Your values are the things that are most important to you.  You have values around your health, your wealth, work, family, relationships. These values actually drive you. See Values & Beliefs 
  • Module III – PDF – Plan & Set Goals. Write SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) to clarify what you want. Studies shows that if you write your goals down, you are much more likely to achieve them rather than just thinking about them. Create a power script from those goals. A power script can include energetic and empowering words that link all the goals together but they also include affirmations. A fast manifesting technique e is included. It is about visualizing your goals very quickly. You can use this technique several times a day just to reinforce what you want to achieve. If you are getting side tracked by the distractions of the day you can always bring yourself back.
  • Module IV – PDF – Energise & Take Action. Many people do set goals but they don’t achieve them. They set resolutions but don’t actually follow through. Here are some action steps that you can use to achieve your goals and make them happening. You need to have action, traction and then from that you get attraction.So it’s a good idea to:
  • Prioritize & chunk down tasks
  • Seek experts & be accountable to coach
  • Continue improving
  • Embrace new ideas
  • Be focused and mindful
  • Play at 100 percent
