Language Based Supportive Beliefs

When communicating with others it is useful to have beliefs about people such as they want to interact with you as long as you show respect, courtesy and consideration for them. Use language based supportive beliefs.

Others useful beliefs to have include: everybody does the best with the skills and knowledge that they have and that it is best to be flexible when dealing with others.

Always being in charge of our emotions is helpful when interacting with people and create rapport by mirroring others body language, tone and language patterns to establish rapport.
