Begin this year by taking responsibility for your thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and actions so that the effect is what you want, instead of what you don’t want. Be at cause and don’t play the victim. Cause effect are two different sides of the same coin. One takes responsibility for their actions (cause) and the other is at the effect of their actions.
People attract back to themselves what they reflect onto their environment. By examining the outside world, the physical, objective world, you can learn much about your inner world, the spiritual, subjective world of your beliefs. Your outer world is a mirror of your inner world.
Blaming others rather than taking responsibility for one’s action (being at effect) has a disempowering feeling and achieves very little. That is the opposite to taking responsibility for one’s action as this has a very empowering result.
If you want to create a better, different life and hold onto something you must truly own it on the inside. As you grown from experiences that give you wisdom, you will become a different person. As Goethe says, “To have more you must be more.”
The degree to which you feel secure, loved, safe and happy you will attract the same degree of creative, generous and honest people to you. If you are angry, you will attract angry people. If you feel abandoned you will attract people that drain you emotionally. If you are extremely self-critical you will attract people that abuse you.
