Beliefs are intangible things that are unconsciously accepted as being true.If you desire to make some changes to your life, a good place to start is by observing your beliefs. Begin by questioning at least some of them.

Beliefs are strongly attached to emotions including positive ones such as hope, trust and faith. They are also aligned with negative feelings including fear, anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, prejudice, anxiety, insecurity, judgement and cynicism.

Actions are affected by beliefs so an important strategy to adopt is to focus on the positive outcome and develop strong positive beliefs to get you there. Eliminating limiting beliefs is also an important strategy to use to achieve success. I teach how to do this in more depth at my NLP workshops, coaching and homestudy programs.
